the location allowed easy access to many attractions. the breakfast provided a solid start to each day with varied options. i found the staff helpful and always ready to assist. the lobby bar became a favorite spot for evening coffee (i really enjoyed it).
the lack of cups in the room was inconvenient.

the staff was super helpful. they gave all info i needed to. the location rocks, it is right in the city center with the sights close, kalvin ter metro stop and a bus stop to the airport make travel easy.
my allergies went crazy because the vents in the room were dirty and dusty. the bathroom had a bad odor, there even was a sticker on the door asking to leave the door open after using the bathroom. not, i barely entered.

The hotel's location is unbeatable. i walked easily to the great market hall. It was very convenient. the common areas provided a cozy atmosphere. i relaxed in the lounge and bar area. the hotel presented modern, clean design. the room felt spacious and comfortable. It included everything i needed.
The lack of a fridge in the room was a tiny inconvenience. I missed having cold water readily available, but it wasn't a major issue.
